United Kingdom

This site is targeted mainly at residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. If you are not a resident of the United Kingdom please be aware that cheques for commissions earned will be made payable only in Pound Sterling and that, while cheques for non-UK resident affiliates will be sent at the same time as for UK residents, the delivery time of the cheques may be longer than for UK residents and is outside our control. In listing your place of residence and delivery address in our registration form, you are acknowledging acceptance of this fact. This is an acknowledgement on which we rely prior to accepting your application to join our affiliate scheme.

Commission

Commissions will be processed at the end of each calendar month ( December may vary ) and in the first week of the next calendar month company cheques will be issued to affiliates for their commissions on sales for which we have received payment, as long as the minimum payment amount has been satisfied. Please note that if a referred customer chooses to pay by cheque processing of their payment can take up to 10 days, and thus the commission for that sale may have to be held over until the next month. If the minimum payment amount is not satisfied for a particular month the commission will be carried over into subsequent months until the minimum payment amount is satisfied.

All sales which show in the affiliate control panel will show as status "Waiting for approval" until the processing at the end of each month. Please note that some sales shown in the affiliate control panel may be declined for reasons such as, but not limited to, insufficient funds on the given credit card, attempted fraudulent use of a credit card or cancelled orders. In such cases no commission will be paid, but you will receive an email explaining why each such transaction was declined.

Please note that from time to time we may be caused to change the price of any given product. Should that happen then the commission earned by affiliates will be raised or lowered accordingly. Such changes will be reflected on the pages on this site devoted to the particular site(s) and product(s) affected. These pages will always reflect the current commission rate.

Law

The information contained on and your use of this site shall be governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
